What Is KLT
KLT (Kinetic Link Training) is a functional resistance training program using body weight, free weights & cables as forms of resistance to support normal movement patterns.
Kinetic Link Training (KLT) exercises are designed to challenge stability at the peripheral joints (such as hips & shoulders) while maintaining & moving with a controlled core.
KLT targets FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH which has so many benefits for our overall health.
